Aristotle: In Praise of Contemplation

In this article, the author explains Aristotle's belief that a good life is committed to contemplation. Barrientos shows that Aristotle distinguishes between pleasant amusements and true happiness. A good life is in accord with the highest virtue, which stems from the divine within each person – reason.
