In this article, Peterson explains how the stereotypes commonly associated with millennials - lazy, entitled, spoiled - can mostly be traced back to systemic pressures they face from the current higher education system and work system. When performing basic tasks such as running errands or other to-do's of adult life, millennials often feel extreme anxiety or difficulty with motivation because they are "burned out." And this isn't a character flaw from birth, it's the result our our current economic system and culture around work.
