This article describes the “Intel” Internet subculture. “Incels” are “involuntarily celibate” men—men who not only struggle to find sexual partners, but also mistrust women. They believe that any woman can have sex whenever she wants, and that the majority of women are having sex with the same very small population of men. This article describes how incels categorize women into two categories—“Stacy’s” and “Becky’s”—and feel that the Stacy’s are out of their league but the Becky’s owe them attention.
