Is the H-1B Program a Cynical Attempt to Undercut American Workers?

In this article, Derek Thompson looks at the pros and cons of the H1-B Visa program. While he concedes that it does give companies an excuse to pay foreign workers less under the guise of diversity, he argues that there are many reasons to support the H1-B Visa program, while still understanding its pitfalls.
