On the Precipice? Lecture Slides

Lecture slides for the introductory lecture of Ethical and Professional Issues (in Computer Science). In this lecture, the following learning goals are achieved:

1. Understand the overall structure and learning goals for this course.
2. Understand basic course norms, and set some goals for our work together this semester.
3. Become familiar with the current state of the field of tech ethics, and start thinking about how this corresponds to the reality on the ground in the tech world.
