The Hard Work of Being Lazy

In this video, The School of Life argues that sometimes it is difficult to be lazy enough. We ought to distinguish between practical and emotional hard work, and the latter can only be undertaken when we pause from the chaos of what is typically understood as hard work. "Doing nothing" allows us to process life and produce thoughts that might be more meaningful than the work with which we often distracts ourselves.
