Hackers Testimony at the United States Senate

This video depicts the testimony of the hacker group, L0pht Heavy Industries, in front of the United States Senate in 1998. The following hackers were present (by handle): Brian Oblivion, Kingpin (Joe Grand), Tan, Space Rogue, Weld Pond, Mudge, and Stefan von Neumann. This is part of the testimony that is infamous for when the hacker Mudge states that they were capable of taking down the internet in as little as 30 minutes.
